Nær kilden, så nær brønnen, så nær livet.....
omslutter meg idet jeg sakte stiger ned i det,
kjenner det syder av liv.
Trenger inn i alle porer.
Lar lyset slippe inn,
stråler fra et sted,
ikke så langt borte.
Fred, jeg møter dagen med ro og glede,
ta vare på,
være klippen for meg selv og andre.
Kraft, kommer utenfra, og senere innenfra,
et under, jeg takker for livet.

Min vei mot lyset har begynt, jeg kjenner kraften fra universet, så jeg søker kontakt med den, og jeg kan avlevere noe av det jeg synes er vanskelig og legge bekymringene et annet sted slik at jeg kan konsentrere meg om å komme videre, framover mot fastsatte mål........små steg, men det er steg mot bedre tider.
